  • À la carte and half board
  • Creation of varied menus and dishes using regional and seasonal products
  • Responsible handling and storage of food
  • Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
  • Economical and efficient use of food
  • Close cooperation with service staff and head chef

Your Profile
  • Completed culinary training as a chef
  • Relevant professional experience in Austria
  • Independent, structured, and organized work approach
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Resilience, flexibility, and passion for the profession
  • Very good German language skills, additional languages an advantage

  • Experience in breakfast or service department in Austria

  • Responsibility for daily mise en place in the patisserie area
  • Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
  • Careful handling of food and efficient use of ingredients
  • Cooperation with the kitchen brigade to create harmonious menus


Your Profile

  • Completed training as a cook/confectioner/patissier
  • Relevant professional experience in Austria
  • Passion for sweets, desserts, and creative presentation
  • Independent, clean, and structured work approach; teamwork ability, reliability, and
  • sense of responsibility
  • Resilience and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
  • Very good German language skills

  • Proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment
  • Inspection of rooms for completeness and functionality
  • Reporting of damages and missing inventory
  • Laundry and textile care according to standards
  • Close cooperation with reception


Your Profile

  • Experience in housekeeping in Austria
  • Eye for cleanliness, hygiene, and details; reliability, resilience, and team spirit
  • Independent and structured work approach
  • Friendly and discreet demeanor
  • Good German language skills
