To ensure you feel comfortable with us from the start, we have compiled helpful information for your stay here. Here you will find interesting facts about our services, processes, and offers. Should you still have any questions, our team is always available to assist you.

How do I get there and where can I park?
Our hotel can be accessed via two entrances: Stahlhammergasse and Hundsdorfgasse. Parking spaces are available on both sides of the building. If one side is full, please use the other entrance.
The access to the underground car park (€10 per day) is only possible via Hundsdorfgasse.

How do I reach the hotel by public transport?
You can take the train to Radstadt (approx. 15 km away) or Bischofshofen (approx. 30 km away) and take a taxi to the hotel from there. The nearest airport is Salzburg, about 70 km away.
Our guests receive the Guest Mobility Ticket, which allows them to use public transport free of charge throughout the state of Salzburg. The ticket will be sent via link on the day of arrival. If you have any questions or difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there an e-charging station?
Yes, an e-charging station is available. The charge is €0.30 per kWh and will be conveniently added to your room bill.

From what time is check-in possible?
Hotel guests from 2:00 PM, apartment guests from 3:00 PM.

Until what time must check-out be completed?
Until 10:00 AM.

Is there a possibility for early check-in?
You are welcome to park your car with us. An earlier check-in is possible depending on availability. Please note that we do not have a luggage or changing room.

Is there a late check-out option?
A late check-out in the room until 12:00 is possible for €15 per person, until 14:00 for €35 per person, and until 18:00 for €75 per person.

Alternatively, you can use only the wellness area until 17:00 for €45 per person; in this case, the room must be vacated by 10:00.

Subject to availability. Please note that your room cards will need to be reprogrammed.

There is no possibility to shower after checking out in the afternoon.

Is there a ski storage room?
Yes, a ski storage room is available.

Is there a bike room?
Yes, we offer a separate bike room for bicycles.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Yes, Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Where is the ski bus stop located?
The ski bus stop is about 200 meters from the hotel and can be used free of charge by our guests.

Are there discounts on ski rentals?
Yes, you will receive a 10% discount on ski rentals at our partner Sport am Jet.

Can I buy ski tickets at the hotel?
Yes, ski tickets are conveniently available at the reception at the current daily prices. We recommend booking online in advance, as this is often cheaper.

What is the Guest Mobility Ticket?
With the Guest Mobility Ticket, our guests can use public transport free of charge throughout the state of Salzburg.

Is there a laundry service?
Yes, a laundry service is available.

Is there an e-charging station?
Yes, an e-charging station is available. The charge is €0.30 per kWh and will be conveniently added to your room bill.

Is there an underground car park?
Yes, our underground car park can be booked for an extra charge of €10 per day.

Is there an elevator?
An elevator is available in the hotel area. The apartments are not accessible by elevator.

What are the hotel’s opening and service hours?
We serve breakfast from 7:15 AM to 10:00 AM.
Dinner is offered from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Our bar is open daily from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is always included in the room rate for our double rooms and suites. It is not included in the apartments and the chalet, but can be booked for an additional €25 per person.

I have not booked half board – can I still eat at the hotel?
Yes, you can dine à la carte in our restaurant seven’s kitchen with a reservation. Alternatively, you also have the option of booking half board at short notice. This is served as a 4-course menu and costs €48 per person on site.

Can allergies or intolerances be taken into account?
Lactose-free, gluten-free and nut-free dishes are possible. Please inform us of these intolerances before arrival.
Other allergies or special dietary needs can be taken into account by prior arrangement and may be subject to a surcharge.

Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
The half-board menus always include a vegetarian option. Vegan menus are currently not offered.

Is it possible to get a packed lunch or take food from breakfast?
A packed lunch and taking food from breakfast are not permitted.

Is there a wellness or spa area?
Yes, our wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a relaxation area. There is also an outdoor pool, which is pleasantly heated to 35 °C in winter. In addition, a spacious garden invites you to relax. A tea station with high-quality premium teas from Bioteaque also awaits you in our wellness area. The wellness area is reserved for guests aged 14 and over.

What are the opening hours of the sauna and pool?
The saunas are open daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The pool is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
If the pool is covered during the day, please inform one of our staff – we will be happy to open it for you at any time.

Are the saunas textile-free?
Yes, our saunas are used without textiles.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Is the hotel family-friendly?
We deliberately cater to guests who appreciate a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Children are welcome at the Loj from the age of 12.

Are there barrier-free rooms?
Our hotel is partially barrier-free. We will be happy to clarify after prior arrangement whether we can meet your individual needs.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. This can be paid online by credit card via the link in the booking confirmation or by bank transfer. After receipt of the deposit, the room is firmly booked for you.

What are the cancellation conditions?
A free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before arrival.
Up to 2 months before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged, up to 1 month before arrival 90%.
From 1 week before arrival, the entire booking amount is due.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@loj-hotel.com .

Can I change my booking?
Changes are not possible in all cases and depend on the current booking situation and the desired adjustment. Please contact us so that we can check this individually.

Which means of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, EC card, Visa and Mastercard. American Express is not accepted.

What happens if items are taken from the hotel?
Unfortunately, it happens again and again that items leave our hotel. Therefore, we check the rooms after departure. Our bath bag is particularly popular – this can be purchased for €25. Missing items will be charged afterwards.

What happens if I prematurely terminate my stay?
The stay will be charged as booked. If required, we will be happy to issue a corresponding confirmation for your insurance.

What happens if I eat out despite having booked half board?
The booked meals will be charged as agreed. A refund for services not consumed is not possible.
