Our family business is transitioning to the next generation, and Hotel Bergzeit is becoming Hotel loj. Everything you value about us remains. Only the look becomes younger and fresher, with a lot of personality and the courage to go our own way.

loj, we are Lena and Joseph Oberreiter. Two young hosts with hotel DNA, Flachau roots, and a globetrotter spirit. We grew up here, amidst nature, guests, and a long family history in the hotel industry. We have seen the world, tested many hotel beds, and marveled at other continents. But honestly? It’s simply exceptionally beautiful at home. So we decided to pack up our experiences and reopen Joseph’s family hotel here.
